A practitioner and instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 1971, Khalsa’s published works include the Harvard Medical School eBook “Your Brain on Yoga,” and the textbook “The Principles and Practice of Yoga in Healthcare.”
